  • Close new business deal by coordinating requirements, developing band negotiating contract.
  • Following up new business opportunity and setting up meeting.
  • Identifying new sales leads.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
Necessary Skills
  • Good knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Willing to travel – Local & Outstation.
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people.
  • Good communication with oral and written.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
  • Excellent time management and organization.

  • Position : Junior Business Development Executive.
  • Experience :0 to 1 years.
  • Job Location :Coimbatore (Corporate Office).
  • Approx. CTC Range :As per industry standards.
  • Allowances :Variable pay 5% on User License (UL) and AMC (1st Year),Travelling allowance separately based on the policy.
Minimum Qualification
  • Must be a Graduate/ Postgraduate.
  • Candidates/ Employees are background with ERP Software is more preferable.
