Job Description
  • Source new leads through outbound cold calls and emails campaign.
  • To set appointments for Sr. Managers /BD / Marketing team for demo and meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close call targets and achieve productive leads.
  • Maintain and expand your database of leads /prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Perform effective calls with proper product explanations.
  • Explain existing customers about new product offers / benefits.
  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
Front Office Executive
  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
  • Handling calls and directing the calls to concerned person.
  • Greeting and assisting client, visitor, vendor etc...
  • Handling courier / order dispatches, entry of inward mails & disbursing to concerned department / individual.
  • Maintaining Dispatch entries in the system.
  • Supervising Housekeeping and essential maintenance services.
  • General administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare letters and documents, schedule meetings and travel for executives.
  • In addition to the above functions, any other assignment / job given by the management occasionally or daily basis to be performed respectively.
Required Skills
  • Should have an excellent communication skill in Tamil, English.
  • Should have basic computer knowledge.
  • Good in Explanation /Negotiations and understanding the clients need.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to do multi-task, prioritize daily task and manage time effectively.
  • Should have knowledge about mass mailing and follow-up
  • Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day

Minimum Qualification
  • Should be a Graduate/ Postgraduate.
  • Experience in Telemarketing and Management activities is more preferable
