Job Description
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Create technical design documentation that follows standard format.
  • Operating system knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues.
  • Good knowledge on Database like SQL / Oracle, Unix/Linux.
  • Responsible for Installations, configuration, user training.
  • Responsible to do testing in UAT and go live.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Understanding JAVA, CRM, ERP.
